From Burgos province people fly from Barajas or Bilbao depending on the area: the south and the capital look to Madrid via the A-1, the north and Miranda to Loiu. For early flights, a car from home avoids spending the night before away.

Tip: In winter the Somosierra pass on the A-1 can have snow or ice: for an early flight at Barajas it is worth leaving earlier and checking road conditions.
